What should I expect?

Each initiation into therapy starts with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment and individualized treatment planning. The first session will not be a 'normal' therapy session, rather an intake and planning session. This allows therapy to be tailored to the individual. This is also a time to assess for need for additional services and for you to evaluate your comfort level with your therapist.
